All items available online will either be drop shipped to you direct from the manufacturer or shipped to you from our Knoxville location if the item(s) are in-stock. Please allow for standard freight orders to take up to two weeks to arrive. Standard freight orders involving multiple manufacturers may take up to one week longer since they will be bundled and shipped together as one package from our Knoxville location.
If your order is a payroll deduction charge, a prior approval request for your charge will first be submitted on your behalf to the payroll deduction sales administrator for your employer. Once approved, your order will then be selected and moved to the shipping department for processing.
Items eligible for returns must have a receipt and be new, unused, and contain all original product tags, packaging and accessories. Uniform items may not be washed, worn or soiled. Certain inventory items purchased on Lambert’s Online may be eligible for refund if requested via email within 15 days from day of shipment. All online refunds require proof of purchase, written prior approval and can only be credited to previous credit card sales. All returned goods for refund or exchanges that are shipped to and from the customer are subject to customer shipping and handling charges. See uniform ordering information for additional restrictions and limitations for clothing returns and exchanges. Some items are subject to special return policies and restocking fees. Due to the variance among computer monitors the color swatches that you see may not be an exact replica of the actual color of the item. Because this limitation restricts our ability to accurately depict color representation as well as product quality please use the following guidelines when purchasing uniforms, shoes & accessories online:
•Order coordinating tops and pants from the same brand and by the same color name, do not order based solely on the online color swatches
•Read the fabric content listed in the manufacturer descriptions-different fabric contents hold color differently
•Call our Uniform Customer Service Department with any questions prior to ordering online to ensure your items will coordinate.
