Items eligible for returns must have a receipt and be new, unused, and contain all original product tags, packaging and accessories. Uniform items may not be washed, worn or soiled. Certain inventory items purchased on Lamberts Online may be eligible for refund if requested via email within 15 days from day of shipment. All online refunds require proof of purchase, written prior approval and can only be credited to previous credit card sales. All returned goods for refund or exchanges that are shipped to and from the customer are subject to customer shipping and handling charges.
